Our Standard Policy
All sales at Hendrix Garden are final. Due to the nature of fresh, made-to-order food and drinks, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been prepared.
We Will Make It Right If:
Your order was made incorrectly on our end.
You received the wrong item.
There was a quality issue with your order.
In any of these cases, contact us immediately and we will remake your order or issue a store credit.

Online Orders
Cancellations must be made before the order is prepared.
Once preparation has begun, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Store credit may be issued at our discretion.
